Product Warranty
Pengo offers you an 18 months warranty. Please register your product to protect your purchases and to ensure your purchase isn’t a pirated version. Warranty (return/claims) only covers quality-related issues and defective products that are sold at an authorized distributor/reseller. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages from everyday use and wear, water, miscellaneous accidents and improper care. Warranty is only valid for customers who are able to submit a proof of purchase. If the product proves to be defective, please contact customer support at support@pengohome.com first. We will provide instructions on how to return purchased products that fail under normal usage due to manufacturing defects. Products must be returned in its original packaging and sent to our customer support team for further evaluation and diagnosis of the problem. reserves the right to revise and update any information and documentation of our products without the obligation to notify an outside entity. Registration
The warranty is valid only if the Consumer is able to present a proof of purchase, namely an original invoice, or any other valid proof of purchase (the date of purchase and the name of the purchaser) the product number, and the unique registration code and serial number. Please register your product from the required information stated above.
